Like a lot of the Top 25 teams this week, the Washington Huskies (4-0, 1-0 PAC-12) had to overcome a sluggish start en route to a 37-10 victory on the road against the Colorado Buffaloes (3-1, 0-1 PAC-12) on a cold rainy night.
After trailing 7-0 in the first quarter, the defense turned up the intensity. Jordan Miller had two interceptions and Myles Bryant added a pick-6 to help defeat the previous unbeaten Buffaloes. Azeem Victor had 10 tackles including one for a loss and a sack for the Huskies. Washington finished the game with 84 tackles as a team with seven being for a loss and five sacks.
Myles Gaskin had a field day rushing for 202 yards and two touchdowns for the Huskies. Quarterback Jake Browning was 11 for 21 for 160 yards. Colorado didn't help themselves in this game as they had several fumbled snaps and a blocked punt. Washington outgained Colorado 414-311 in total yards. The final score doesn't indicate how close this game was. Both teams had 20 first downs in the game while Colorado held a slight edge in time of possession 30:52 to Washington's 29:08. Colorado converted at a higher rate on 3rd down going 7-15 versus Washington's 5-10.

Bryant's pick six with 2:03 left in the third started to break things open for Washington. Two touchdown runs by Salvon Ahmed (6-yards) and Gaskin (57-yards) in the fourth led to the final score of 37-10.
