(West Lafayette, Ind.) - The Big Ten Conference, FOX and ESPN announced a number game times and television platforms for the upcoming 2017 football season.
Purdue’s first game under new head coach Jeff Brohm against Louisville at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on Sept. 2 will begin at 7:30 p.m. ET and shown on FOX. The contest will be Purdue’s first in prime time since squaring off against Notre Dame at LOS in 2014.
The home opener the following Friday against Ohio on Sept. 8 has been tabbed for an 8 p.m. ET kick and is slated to be shown on FS1. The game against the Bobcats will be the first under permanent lights in Ross-Ade Stadium.
The Boilermakers’ Homecoming matchup with Michigan in West Lafayette on Sept. 23 with begin at either 3:30 or 4 p.m. ET with the broadcast partner being announced at a later time. Finally, Purdue’s road contest at Rutgers on Oct. 21, the Scarlet Knights’ Homecoming game, will begin at noon ET with the television listed as TBA.
