Storm Communications TAMPA BAY – The Tampa Bay Storm will host “Community Cares Night” presented by Chase, this Saturday, July 11 at AMALIE Arena when the team takes on the Orlando Predators. This will be the second game of a three-game season series versus the Storm’s South Division rivals. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. EST.
The night will include a beer tasting presented by Blue Moon Brewing Company on the West Patio prior to kick off from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Fans will be able to sample a variety of craft and import beers. Ticket packages start at $15 and include admission to the game and a souvenir sample cup. Fans must be at least 21 years of age. In addition, the Storm is teaming up with the Tampa Bay Sports Commission and Elder Automotive to host Replay Tampa Bay, an annual donation drive that collects new or gently used sporting goods that are donated to local children. Replay Tampa Bay will also present 50 brand new bicycles to children from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay. Fans are also encouraged to donate new or gently used sporting goods at the on-site collection station which will be located on Ford Thunder Alley on the West Plaza.
The Storm will also recognize children from the St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital “Kids Are Heroes” program. This is a unique program that recognizes children, ages 5-18, who have performed courageous deeds, overcome life challenging situations, displayed acts of selflessness, or demonstrated good leadership over the past year. The children will be recognized during a special halftime presentation at Saturday’s Storm game.
Children in attendance will receive a Storm mini-football courtesy of Chase as they exit the arena.
The Five-Time World Champion Tampa Bay Storm is in its 28th season in the Arena Football League. The Storm will host “Community Heroes Night,” presented by Chase, when it hosts the Orlando Predators on Saturday, July 11, on AMALIE Motor Oil Field at Amalie Arena.
