Forward Carlos Rivas scored a brace. Whereas, goalkeeper Earl Edwards Jr, who changed positions with Servando Carrasco, scored the last one for the Pros.
For the Orlando City Pros there was Joe Bendik, Lewis Neal, Antonio Nocerino, Kaka, Jose Aja, Jonathan Spector, Toni Presley, Aubrey Bledsoe, among other players from the Pride and OCB.
For the Kids side, there were young soccer players ranging between eight and ten years old. The Kids had the chance of playing at the Lions new location and facing their beloved stars.
“Beat yah!”, said Gabriela (8), one of the players for the Kids side, when asked what would she say to the Pros. “It felt great playing alongside the Orlando City star’s.”, she further stated. Gabriela is a fan of Bendik, and she got the chance to interact with his star during and after the game.
“It was least stressful game I have played”, say Bendik at the postgame interview. “Tomorrow we’ll be back at work, start to train, and get a look at New York as we wait for Sunday’s match.”

The revenue obtained from Thursday’s match will be donated to the Orlando City Foundation. This foundation uses soccer to promote a healthy lifestyle that enables children and families to reach their full potential.
Orlando City will hold their first official match at their new home stadium this Sunday March 5th, 2017 against their rivals, New York City, for the start of the season.
